For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of flat, curved blades with a long profile to explore deep lessons. In addition, the concave profile of the blades enhances sightlines. As a result, surgeons can observe large portions of the mucosa during exploration.
Moreover, the Parks Rectal Speculum features with or without fibre optic patterns to suit all applications. Also, the screw mechanism at the bottom permits to statically retain the jaws at different widths.
