The Feaster Wire Speculum offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to statically retract the eyelids during phaco and other eye surgeries.
For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of 20mm solid blade that easily slide underneath each eyelid. In addition, the blades have convex curves that ensure excellent ocular exposure.
Moreover, the Feaster Wire Speculum wire structure forms a V-shape that permits a spring action. Also, the wires angle backwards to follow the contour of the face and enhance the surgical sightlines.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
