Description
Catlin Amputation knife is for cutting away the flesh around and between the bones during the surgical removal of limbs. The knife has a 16 cm blade and a 13 cm handle. Its long knife makes it ideal for making long cuts and tackling thick tissue. The instrument’s hollow handle also keeps it light-weighted. This improves maneuverability and allows the surgeon to use it for long procedures without fatiguing.
Surtex uses stainless steel to manufacture the Catlin Amputation Knife. It can be sterilized and reused.
