The Alio LASIK Irrigation Cannula offers a wide range of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to remove particles and foreign bodies from the corneal flap and the stromal bed.
For this purpose, the instrument features a 23 gauge slim tube with an angle that fits the cornea’s shape. In addition, the tube has one front and two side ports at the tip, which permit optimal irrigation of the posterior side of the flap.
Moreover, the Alio LASIK Irrigation Cannula features a tube hub that permits a smooth flow of solutions. Also, it works as a connection site between the irrigator system or silicone bulb and the tube.
